I came across this amazing letter by one of the proffs in the computing dept after I was telling my housemate about the project we're doing. He said that there's a good amount of women teaching his course (computer science) and on it as well. I was thrilled.
He then went on to tell me that Dr Kate had written this letter in response to some 'dickheads' sexist remarks last year. Don't quote me on that as I have not fact checked, but how badass is this woman?
I'd love to perhaps set up an interview of why she thought it was important to write this, and why having more women in Computing is beneficial to everyone. -If we have the time/resources etc.

Interviewing her would be a great idea if we have enough time. Is there anyway we can set this up?
